What an amazing selection of children's clothing. My fiance and I went in real quick today looking for a flower girl dress and ring bearer outfit. There were so many great options for extremely reasonable prices. The owner, Phyllis, was so attentive and knew so much about everything she was selling. She showed us so many great options that we didn't even know we wanted. To be honest, I dreaded shopping for children's wedding clothes. But she made it so quick and painless! I spent significantly less than I was expecting to and we walked out of there with clothes much better than anything else we had looked at! We can't wait to come back and buy more cute outfits!

I have been buying from Lakins since 1973 when I was introduced to Mr &Mrs. Lakin through my in laws they had been buying clothes from them for years prior to having granddaughters. I have such fond memories of the Lakins. Now Phyllis runs the beautiful store with quality clothing from infants to young adults. I have bought for my daughters my foster children and now my grandchildren. It has been a pleasure

Lakin’s has been my favorite to shop at for kids clothing. My parents brought us to Lakin’s and when the 5 of us walked in we were always warmly welcomed. I have now clothed my children and grandchildren in her quality clothing.Phyllis has carried on her parents love for the store and all their patrons. When I was very ill she clothed all 3 of my grandchildren as a gift to me. She is a warm hearted person and it’s like visiting a friend in their home! I consider her my soul sister!

What a treasure Lakins Childrens Fine Apparel is! From the moment we stepped into the store, Phyllis went above and beyond making my granddaughter feel like a princess as she tried on one communion dress after another. Phyllis offered her professional expertise and opinion yet gave us the space to make decisions without ever feeling pressured. One stop shopping at a long time family owned boutique right in the center of Gardner. Our granddaughter left with a dress, veil, shoes, and a huge smile on her face! If you’re looking for personalized attention and a huge inventory of dresses, I strongly suggest Lakins. You won’t be disappointed!
